Victoria joined RCM in 2006 as Director, Head of Public Fund Sales. Victoria has overall responsibility for the firm's public funds marketing efforts. Her investment career began in 1988. Prior to joining RCM, Victoria was a Client Advisor with JPMorgan Asset Management where she managed major public, corporate, endowment and foundation relationships. Additionally, Victoria was Senior Vice President of State Street Research and Management responsible for managing overall client service, communication and new business development for public fund relationships, as well as Executive Vice President, Account Management for L&B Realty Advisors, Inc., with overall responsibility for marketing, client service and product development. Prior to joining L&B, Victoria held positions with various institutional advisory firms as portfolio manager, head of client relations, and in new business development. Formerly, she was Treasurer of the Conrad N. Hilton Foundation, Strategic Planning Manager for McClatchy Newspapers and Assistant Director of Development at Yale University Medical Center. Victoria was also a lecturer at California State University/Sacramento. She earned a BA from the University of California, San Diego; an MBA from the UCLA Anderson Graduate School of Management; and an MA from the University for Humanistic Studies.
