Aileen Rappaport, Vice President of Loomis, Sayles & Company, L. P., is responsible for business development, client service and marketing.

Prior to joining Loomis, Sayles, Aileen spent twenty years with the Montgomery County, Maryland government in several positions, ranging from police officer, to Executive Staff Specialist, and Vice Chairman of the Board of Investment Trustees for the Employees' Retirement System. During her tenure with the pension board she, along with other Board members, oversaw the $1 billion investment pension assets for more than 10,000 active and retired Montgomery County employees, hired investment managers, consultants, monitored the investment performance and set the overall investment policy for the fund.

Aileen did her undergraduate studies at the University of Maryland and graduate studies at George Washington University, Washington, D.C., and founded The Investment Women's Golf Association. She has served as an advisor to the NCPERS executive board since 2002 and serves as a member of the Budget Committee.
