Will is an elected safety member of Los Angeles County Employee Retirement Association (LACERA) currently serving as Vice Chairman of the Board of Retirement and as a member of the LACREA Board of Investments. LACERA is a $31 billion county retirement system serving all employees of Los Angeles County. Will is Vice Chair of the Disability Retirement Committee and sits on the Insurance and Legislative Committee for LACERA. Serving as a firefighter union board member since 1992, he currently sits on the Los Angeles County Firefighters, IAFF Local 1014 Board of Directors. He is an active L.A. County Firefighter/Paramedic. Will is a member of the NCPERS Executive Board where he serves as Chairman of the Auditing Committee, as a member of the Insurance and Health Care Committees and as a member of the NCPERS Task Force on Health Care Benefits.
