Bill Lundy

Bill Lundy is Chairman of the Arkansas Fire and Police Pension Review Board, having served on that board for 16 years. He joined the Little Rock Fire Department in 1971, holds the rank of Captain and represents the Fire Department on the city's Health Insurance Task Force. He is the Administrator of the Little Rock Fire Department Health Fund Inc., a hospitalization supplement. He is past President of IAFF Local 34 and the Arkansas Professional Fire Fighters (APFF). As president of the local, he negotiated the first collective bargaining agreement entered into by Arkansas municipality and any employee group. He has served 23 years as a lobbyist for the APFF, and played a major role in obtaining many benefit enhancements for the fire fighters and police officers of Arkansas. Bill is a member of the NCPERS Executive Board where he serves as a member of the Education, Insurance and Investment Committees.
