Kelly L. Fox, State President - Washington State Council of Fire Fighters (WSCFF), has served on the WSCFF Executive Board since 1990 including eight years as the State President. The WSCFF represents 130 local firefighter unions across the State of Washington. Kelly serves as a registered lobbyist in the State of Washington and directs the WSCFF Governmental Relations team. He currently serves as chairman of the newly formed Law Enforcement Officers and Fire Fighters Plan 2 Retirement Board and co-chaired the statewide campaign organized to create the new board. In his duties as President and Governmental Relations lead, Kelly has worked with numerous public employee representatives to forward pension improvement legislation and provide greater plan member participation. As an active member of the Olympia Fire Department, Kelly continues to represent the local union in collective bargaining and labor-management relations. Kelly is a member of the NCPERS Executive Board where he serves as Chairman of the Marketing Committee and as a member of the Legislative Committee.
