NCPERS files amicus curiae briefs in U.S. Supreme Court

NCPERS has filed two amici curiae briefs in support of positions very important to NCPERS members. The first amicus curiae brief supports the Kentucky Retirement Systems and their basis for formulating retirement benefits. The second brief supports shareholder rights in securities fraud cases.
