The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) recently published proposed amendments to the Securities and Exchange Act of 1934 regarding shareholder proposals as well as access to the proxy for the nomination of directors, and the related File Number S7-17-07 on shareholder proposals relating to the election of directors.
