We want your feedback! NCPERS is undertaking a comprehensive member needs assessment to gather opinions and ideas from all segments of the member community about our programs and services.Where are we hitting the mark? Where could we be doing something new? What are your priorities for us? NCPERS leadership will be using your answers to these questions to improve the member experience and shape the future of our organization.
NCPERS members at public pension plans and related stakeholders (unions, retiree organizations, and plan sponsors) are asked to complete our Fund/Stakeholder Member Needs Assessment by March 8th. This short online survey should take no more than 10 minutes.
We are requesting responses from each indivdual within our pension plan and stakeholder members -- no matter what role you hold in your organization, your feedback is important to us!
