San Bernardino County Employees' Retirement Association
The San Bernardino County Employees' Retirement Association (“SBCERA”) is issuing this Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”) to formally evaluate technology consulting firm(s) (“Consultant” or “Firm”) to assist the investment department in streamlining its middle and back-office functions. SBCERA seeks Firms that have experience in leading projects from inception to completion by coordinating and integrating a multitude of technology platforms for the investment department's existing records, streamlining record retrieval, provide data on record status, and importantly integrating information within the record into usable data.

Inquiries and requests for interpretation or clarification of the RFQ from Firms will be accepted via email. Requesting that all inquiries be received no later than 3:00 pm Pacific, February 22, 2023. Inquiries received after that time will not be accepted. Email inquiries to InvestmentsTechRFQ@sbcera.org.
Firm responses should be received by SBCERA electronically by 3:00 pm Pacific, March 17, 2023.
Wayne County Employees' Retirement System
The Retirement Commission of the Wayne County Employees' Retirement System (“Retirement Commission”) is responsible for the administration and management of the Wayne County Employees' Retirement System. The Retirement Commission is inviting the submission of proposals from qualified investment consulting firms (“Consultant” or “Respondent”) to provide consulting services to the Retirement Commission for the Defined Benefit Plan. The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals from qualified respondents who can provide all of the services outlined in the Scope of Services contained herein. The Investment Consultant will serve as a fiduciary to the Retirement Commission and provide objective, third-party advice and counsel that will enable the Retirement Commission to make well-informed and well-educated decisions regarding administration of the Plans.

Sealed Proposals are due February 21, 2023, at 3:00 p.m. and must be delivered to the Wayne County Employee's Retirement System (WCERS), Attn: Robert Grden, 28 W. Adams, Suite 1900, Detroit, MI 48226. Providers mailing proposals should allow normal mail delivery time to ensure timely receipt of their proposal. Sealed proposals must be in the actual possession of the WCERS on or prior to the exact date and time indicated above. Questions: All questions should be directed to Executive Director, Robert Grden.
