NCPERS has released a new research series: Are State and Local Pension Funds Taking More Risk Now Than Before?










This research series addresses the criticism of public plans, that they are taking on too much risk to make up for unjustifiable liabilities. This research disproves that. Here's Executive Director, Hank Kim, discussing the research and criticisms.
