At the NCPERS HR Summit, you'll tackle the unique workforce challenges facing pension systems today: from recruitment and retention to organizational culture, leadership development, succession planning, and more. The program is thoughtfully developed in partnership with the NCPERS HR Roundtable, ensuring every session speaks directly to the needs of public pension HR professionals.
