Maine Public Employees Retirement System (MainePERS) 
The Maine Public Employees Retirement System (MainePERS) seeks proposals from qualified Pension Administration System (PAS) Solution vendors in response to this RFP. This RFP aims to select a vendor which offers the best PAS Solution based on the criteria in the RFP.

New Hampshire Retirement System (NHRS)
The New Hampshire Retirement System (NHRS) invites submissions from qualified licensed physicians and entities to offer services relating to the processing of disability benefit applications and the provision of independent medical examinations

New York City Board of Education Retirement System (BERS) 
New York City Board of Education Retirement System (BERS) is requesting proposals to engage the services of an Investment Consultant to assist the BERS Board of Trustees in carrying out the Board's fiduciary responsibilities. It is anticipated that this RFP will result in a three-year agreement beginning as soon as November 2024, with an optional two-year extension.

Pennsylvania Municipal Retirement System (PMRS)
The Pennsylvania Municipal Retirement System (PMRS), an agent multiple employer pension plan, is seeking external tax counsel to ensure that it complies with all IRS requirements. PMRS administers roughly 1,100 municipal pension plans in Pennsylvania and currently utilizes the volume submitter option through the IRS to create its plan documents.

This request for proposals (RFP) provides to those law firms (“Offerors”) interested in submitting proposals for the subject procurement sufficient information to enable them to prepare and submit proposals to allow the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Pennsylvania Municipal Retirement System to select for contracting within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania to serve as tax counsel.

The Issuing Office is seeking proposals, on behalf of PMRS, to procure qualified tax counsel, with extensive experience in providing counsel on tax matters to statewide and municipal public pension systems or other major public pension systems, to provide sophisticated legal advice to PMRS on federal tax and benefit issues and international tax matters related to PMRS' investments on an as needed basis.

State Teachers Retirement System of Ohio
With assets of $92.8 billion (including short-term investments) as of June 30, 2023, STRS Ohio is one of the largest public pension funds in the country. The STRS Ohio Retirement Board (“Board”) issues this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) to solicit competitive proposals from qualified board governance consultants. The Board's objective is to obtain a Consultant that represents the best quality and value for STRS Ohio according to the terms and conditions of this RFP. The services and requirements described in this RFP are mandatory unless specifically described as optional.
