Los Angeles County Employee Retirement Association (LACERA)
Economic Impact Analysis 
LACERA is seeking a consultant to perform the following services and deliverables related to the economic impact of LACERA's pension benefits:
    1. Economic Impact Analysis: Conduct an analysis that includes the economic, fiscal, and social impacts of LACERA's pension benefits and provide a comprehensive report of the analysis.
    2. Legislative Dataset: Conduct economic impact analyses of pension benefits received by LACERA retirees in the state and federal legislative districts within the County of Los Angeles. Produce a dataset that would enable LACERA to create legislative fact sheets for each legislative district.
    3. Presentation of Report: Present the results of the economic impact analysis in person at a meeting of the Board of Retirement.

City Of Mobile, Alabama Police And Firefighters' Retirement Plan
Custodian Banking Services 
The City of Mobile Alabama Policemen's and Firefighters' Retirement Plan (“the Plan”) is a tax-qualified, defined-benefit plan serving over 1,600 members, close to 900 of which are active employees, with assets currently under investment valued at approximately $345 million. The Plan is seeking proposals for Custodian Banking Services.

American Samoa Government Employees Retirement Fund (ASGERF)
The American Samoa Government Employees Retirement Fund (ASGERF) is requesting proposals from Investment Consulting Firms to provide investment consulting services. This is a non-discretionary, full retainer mandate.

All interested persons, firms or corporations should e-mail Caroline Wendt for a copy of the RFP document. Submission of proposals will be due one day before Friday, October 3, 2025, by 4:00 p.m. (American Samoa Standard Time).
Proposals must be received on or before the due date to be considered for evaluation.


Kansas City Police Employees' Retirement System (KCPERS) 
Pension Administration Software 
The Kansas City Police Employees' Retirement System (KCPERS) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide Pension Administration Software (PAS) for KCPERS, a public pension plan serving law enforcement personnel in Kansas City, Missouri. The selected firm will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive, secure, and efficient PAS solution to support benefit administration, member services, reporting, and compliance requirements.

All responses to this solicitation must be submitted to Jason Hoy, including all required forms and documentation. Please refer to the RFP for full details regarding scope, requirements, and submission deadlines.
