WHAT COMES WITH MY BOOTH?
Registering for an exhibit booth at ACE includes the following:

  • Two registration passes for your booth staffers
  • Booth space (CorPERS members can select their preferred booth location)
  • One six-foot table and two chairs with a wastebasket
  • Directory listing in ACE mobile app
  • Access to NCPERS educational sessions and events at the conference

Shipping fees and additional services ordered through exhibitor service contractor will be at the exhibiting company’s expense.

Monday, May 22       10:30 am – 5:30 pm
Tuesday, May 23      10:30 am – 12:30 pm

MOVE-OUT HOURS
Tuesday, May 23       12:30 pm – 5:30 pm 


RECEPTIONS IN EXHIBIT HALL
The Sunday and Monday networking receptions will be held inside the exhibit hall, offering you one last chance to connect with clients before dinner. We ask that one booth staffer be present during the reception hours. Any booth found unsupervised will be penalized:

MOBILE APP EXHIBITOR INFORMATION
The exhibitor directory will be published on the NCPERS mobile app. To be included, please e-mail the following information to conferences@ncpers.org by Monday, May 1

 
  • Company's contact information
  • A brief description of your company/organization 
  • Your company logo in a .JPG format in high resolution (300 dpi or higher)

LEAD RETRIEVAL
Lead retrieval will be available to exhibitors. Using this service relieves you of the mundane task of trying to capture each attendee’s contact information and instead allows you to focus on creating genuine interactions with attendees while easily following up with them post event. Information on purchasing and using lead retrieval will be sent in your exhibitor kit.



ATTENDEE LIST
The preliminary attendee list will be available after the early-bird registration deadline. The list will be e-mailed to all registered attendees. To request a copy of the list, e-mail registration@ncpers.org. To be included on this list, please register BEFORE
the early-bird deadline ends. 

The final attendee list will be available onsite at the conference.
 

MEMBER EVENTS / INVITATIONS
Service providers should not schedule/host client events during any NCPERS activities.

EXHIBIT BOOTH CANCELATION POLICY
All exhibit booth cancelations and refund requests must be made in writing to registration@ncpers.org. A $200 cancelation fee will be deducted from all refunds made before April 26. No refunds will be given after April 26.

Failure to occupy booth space does not release the exhibitor from the obligation to pay for full cost of the rental. These terms shall apply regardless of the execution date of this contract.
