  • 10' x 10' Exhibit Booth Fee $2,995
  • 10' x 20' Exhibit Booth Fee $4,495



WHAT COMES WITH MY BOOTH?

Registering for an exhibit booth at ACE includes the following:

  • Two registration passes for your booth staffers
  • Booth space with draped back wall and side rails
  • One six-foot table and two chairs with a wastebasket
  • Company listing in ACE mobile app
  • Access to NCPERS educational sessions and events at the conference

Shipping fees and additional services ordered through exhibitor service contractor will be at the exhibiting company’s expense.

EXHIBIT HALL OPEN HOURS
Sunday, May 18        4:00 pm – 6:00 pm
Monday, May 19       10:30 am – 5:30 pm
Tuesday, May 20      10:30 am – 12:30 pm

MOVE-OUT HOURS
Tuesday, May 20       12:30 pm – 5:30 pm


 

NETWORKING RECEPTION

The Sunday and Monday networking receptions will be held inside the exhibit hall, offering you one last chance to connect with clients before dinner. We ask that one booth staffer be present during the reception hours. Any booth found unsupervised will be penalized:

Sunday, May 18   4:00 pm – 6:00 pm
Monday, May 19  4:30 pm – 5:30 pm



EXHIBITOR DIRECTORY

The exhibitor directory will be published in the NCPERS mobile app. To be included, please e-mail the following information to events@ncpers.org by Monday, May 5:

  • Point of contact for your organization
  • Description of your company, products and services
  • Your company logo in a JPG of PNG file


LEAD RETRIEVAL

Lead retrieval will be available to exhibitors. Using this service relieves you of the mundane task of trying to capture each attendee’s contact information and instead allows you to focus on creating genuine interactions with attendees while easily following up with them post event. Information on purchasing and using lead retrieval will be sent to registered exhibitors in the exhibitor kit.


ATTENDEE LISTS

The preliminary attendee list will be available after the early-bird registration deadline. The list will be e-mailed to all registered attendees. To request a copy of the list, e-mail registration@ncpers.org. To be included on this list, please register BEFORE
the May 2 early-bird deadline ends. The final attendee list will be available onsite at the conference.


 

MEMBER EVENTS / INVITATIONS

Service providers should not schedule/host client events during any NCPERS activities. We also require that you do not host client events with organizations/companies that are not members of NCPERS.

EXHIBIT BOOTH CANCELLATION POLICY

All exhibit booth cancellations and refund requests must be submitted in writing to registration@ncpers.org. Exhibitors who cancel by May 2 will receive a refund of their booth fee, less a $200 administrative fee. Due to commitments with our venue and event partners, we are unable to issue refunds for cancellations received after May 2.

Failure to occupy booth space does not release the exhibitor from the obligation to pay for full cost of the rental. These terms shall apply regardless of the execution date of this contract.
