Yes. Your organization must be a current member of NCPERS in order to become a sponsor.
No. NCPERS membership and sponsorship are separate. Membership provides access to NCPERS programs, resources, and benefits. Sponsorship is an additional investment that allows organizations to support NCPERS’s educational activities while gaining visibility, engagement opportunities, and recognition within the public pension community. 
No. Speaking opportunities are not guaranteed. Program content is developed based on educational value, relevance, and audience needs. That said, an organization’s engagement with NCPERS, including sponsorship, is one of several factors considered when reviewing and selecting submitted proposals.
