Our refreshed introduces a new logo and visual identity that unite NCPERS’ legacy of leadership with its forward-thinking approach.
New Logo: The arch symbolizes a gateway to connection, education, and trusted solutions. Its stability reflects NCPERS as a pillar of support in the public pension community. Paired with the tagline “Serving Public Pensions Since 1941,” the design honors NCPERS’ history with a nod to the capitol dome while signaling its commitment to innovation.- New Look: The refreshed color palette—anchored in deep blues with vibrant green accents—conveys trust, growth, and inclusivity, while clean, modern typography and candid photography reflect our approachable, human-centered ethos.
