Congratulations to the 2026 NCPERS Champions Award Recipients!
- Less than $1 billion AUM: West Palm Beach General Employees' Pension Fund
- $1 billion to $50 billion AUM: Orange County Employees Retirement System (OCERS)
- Greater than $50 billion AUM: Colorado Public Employees' Retirement Association (Colorado PERA)
The NCPERS Champions Awards celebrate pension funds that go above and beyond to foster a culture of learning and leadership. These awards recognize organizations that demonstrate exceptional commitment to ongoing education for trustees and staff — helping strengthen governance and build resilient retirement systems.
Pension funds are evaluated based on attendance of and involvement with NCPERS educational programs. Recipients are selected in three categories based on assets under management — less than $1 billion, $1 billion to $50 billion, and greater than $50 billion in size.
The awards are presented annually at NCPERS Annual Conference & Exhibition.
