Christian Pandtle joined NCPERS in 2026 as a Web & Publications Associate, supporting digital communications across the NCPERS' website and content platforms. His work includes web development, SEO strategy, managing day-to-day website updates, and digital media production.
Prior to joining NCPERS, Christian worked at the Center for International Private Enterprise (CIPE), where he contributed to website content, podcast production, SEO strategy, promotional graphics, and live events.
Christian earned his M.A. in Human Development and Health from George Washington University and his B.A. degrees in International Studies and Philosophy from American University.
