Jennifer Mink

Jennifer Mink is the President of Investment Performance Services, an independent investment consulting firm that provides objective investment advice to defined benefit, defined contribution, and welfare plans throughout the United States. She is responsible for client relationships and marketing efforts across the country and works on all aspects of client funds including investment policy design, asset allocation strategies, performance reporting, compliance monitoring, and investment manager searches. With over 25 years of investment experience, Ms. Mink is a member of the IPS Investment Committee helping to formulate strategic policy for the firm and a member of the Management Committee which implements strategic policy for the firm.

Jennifer embraces best industry practices in governance, ethics, and professionalism to provide the most appropriate investment advice to clients to help them achieve their goals. She was a contributing author regarding hedge fund investing to the Investment Policy Guidebook for Trustees (Fifth Edition) published by the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans, Inc. and has been published in Benefits Magazine with articles regarding fiduciary responsibility, asset allocation, performance evaluation, rebalancing, and investment manager oversight. Committed to trustee education, she is a frequent speaker at educational conferences.

A native of Philadelphia, PA, Jennifer grew up in a family of fire fighters, police officers, and building tradesmen. She earned her B.S. from North Carolina State University and an M.B.A. from Rider University. She is an avid runner who has completed the NYC and Boston Marathons and is a founding member of LINC (Ladies in Investments Networking Coalition), a non-profit organization that supports and mentors women in the financial industry.
