Shauna Hewitt is a Managing Director and Head of the Americas Midwest Region within PGIM’s Institutional Client Group. She brings more than 25 years of experience in the investment industry, with a proven track record of serving institutional investors and building strategic client relationships.
Prior to joining PGIM in 2025, Shauna served as a Senior Investment Director at Legal & General. Previously, she was a Managing Director at Pavilion Global Markets. Earlier in her career, she founded and led Lambright Financial Solutions, a firm that was subsequently acquired by Knight Capital Americas. Shauna began her investment career at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette (DLJ).
Shauna is actively involved in community outreach initiatives throughout Chicago. She is a former board member of Women Investment Professionals (WIP) and currently serves on WIP’s Professional Development Committee. She is also a member of the National Association of Securities Professionals (NASP), which recognized her as a Trailblazing Woman in 2023 for her leadership and contributions to the investment industry.
