Becoming a sponsor of the Legislative Forum & Policy Day is a great way to increase your organization’s visibility and connect directly with NCPERS members. Sponsorship is reserved on a first-come basis and in some cases have limited availability. We encourage early registration to secure your preferred placement.

SPONSORSHIP PACKAGES

All sponsorship details are outlined below, including pricing and benefits. Please review to determine the best option for your organization's goals. 

The Silver package level includes:

  • Two (2) complimentary registrations.
  • Branding at conference recognizing your organization as a sponsor.
  • Acknowledgment in any printed materials.
  • Acknowledgment on the Legislative Forum & Policy Day website.

The Bronze package level includes:

  • Branding at conference recognizing your organization as a sponsor.
  • Acknowledgment in any printed materials.
  • Acknowledgment on the Legislative Forum & Policy Day website.

A LA CARTE SPONSORSHIP

Enhance your presence at the conference with targeted, high impact sponsorship opportunities available on an a la carte basis.

The networking reception offers a great setting for sponsors to connect with attendees. The sponsor’s company name will be prominently displayed on event signage and acknowledged in the conference app. Sponsors are also welcome to provide branded items to distribute during the reception. 
Lanyards are worn by attendees throughout the conference, providing consistent brand visibility. The sponsor’s logo will be imprinted on the lanyards and distributed to all attendees at registration. 

This sponsorship supports wireless internet access for all conference attendees. The sponsor’s logo will be displayed on on site signage, recognizing your company for helping keep attendees connected throughout the conference. 
Coffee breaks are offered throughout the day and provide a natural gathering point for attendees. The sponsor’s logo will be displayed on signage at each coffee station, offering consistent visibility during high traffic breaks. 

SPONSORSHIP POLICIES

Eligibility

Sponsorship opportunities are only available to NCPERS members. NCPERS reserves the right to decline any sponsorship at its sole discretion.

Use of Sponsorship Funds

Sponsorship funds are used to offset costs associated with the sponsored activity or event.

Sponsorship Recognition

Sponsors will receive recognition as outlined for the applicable sponsorship activity, which may include logo placement, acknowledgment in conference materials, signage, or verbal recognition. The level and type of recognition will be clearly defined in advance and applied consistently.

Confirmation and Compliance

Your sponsorship is not confirmed until full payment is received. Once confirmed by NCPERS, sponsorship commitments are non-refundable. Failure to comply with NCPERS sponsorship policies may result in termination of the sponsorship without refund.
