Sponsorship of the Public Pension Funding Forum provides direct exposure to NCPERS members and a meaningful way to build relationships within the public pension community. Opportunities are assigned as commitments are received and some options are limited, so early registration is encouraged to ensure availability.

A LA CARTE OPPORTUNITIES

Enhance your presence at the conference with targeted, high impact sponsorship opportunities available on an a la carte basis.

Put your brand front and center by sponsoring the event lanyards. Your company logo will be prominently imprinted on the lanyards worn by every attendee throughout the event. This exclusive opportunity guarantees high visibility and lasting recognition. Deadline to Sponsor is July 6.
Sponsor the conference Wi-Fi and have your company name and logo displayed on the back of every attendee name badge. This opportunity is exclusive.
Position your brand at the center of connection. The Networking Reception brings attendees together in a dynamic, informal setting, giving sponsors valuable visibility and the chance to engage directly with key stakeholders and industry peers.
Be part of the conversation. The Networking Lunch brings attendees together for connection and collaboration, giving sponsors high visibility and the opportunity to engage with a captive audience in a welcoming, social setting.
Promote your company with a logo or advertisement displayed in the conference mobile app, visible to attendees as they navigate event information. The sponsor is responsible for providing the ad design. 
Stay top of mind during a key pause in the day. The Refreshment Break draws steady attendee traffic, giving sponsors consistent visibility and the chance to connect in a relaxed, high-engagement setting.
The Marketing Email gives your company dedicated exposure through a direct campaign sent to registered participants. This exclusive feature highlights your brand, messaging, and value in a focused format, ensuring your organization captures attention before and during the event. 

SPONSORSHIP POLICIES

Eligibility

Sponsorship opportunities are only available to NCPERS members. NCPERS reserves the right to decline any sponsorship at its sole discretion.

Use of Sponsorship Funds

Sponsorship funds are used to offset costs associated with the sponsored activity or event.

Sponsorship Recognition

Sponsors will receive recognition as outlined for the applicable sponsorship activity, which may include logo placement, acknowledgment in conference materials, signage, or verbal recognition. The level and type of recognition will be clearly defined in advance and applied consistently.

Confirmation and Compliance

Your sponsorship is not confirmed until full payment is received. Once confirmed by NCPERS, sponsorship commitments are non-refundable. Failure to comply with NCPERS sponsorship policies may result in termination of the sponsorship without refund.
