$2,420 (fee includes two booth staff registration passes)

WHY EXHIBIT?
The FALL Conference is an exceptional opportunity for you and your company’s representatives to meet face-to-face with more than 300 public pension trustees and union representatives. It is your chance to get an audience with trustees with the authority and influence to manage the assets of their pension funds.
 

WHAT COMES WITH MY BOOTH?
Registering for an exhibit booth at FALL includes:

• Two registration passes for booth staffers
• Booth space (first-come, first-serve location selection)
• One six-foot table and two chairs with a wastebasket
• Directory listing in FALL mobile app
• Access to NCPERS educational sessions and events at the conference

Shipping fees and additional services ordered through hotel will be at your company’s expense.

MOBILE APP EXHIBITOR INFORMATION
The exhibitor directory will be published in the FALL Conference app. To be included, please e-mail the following information to events@ncpers.org before **: 

• Company's contact information
• A brief description of your company/organization 
• Your company logo in a PNG file (300 dpi or higher)

LEAD RETRIEVAL
Lead retrieval will be available to exhibitors. This service relieves you of the mundane task of trying to capture each attendee’s contact information and instead allows you to focus on creating genuine interactions with attendees while easily following up with them post event. Please email events@ncpers.org for information on purchasing this service.

ATTENDEE LIST
The preliminary attendee list will be available after the September ** early-bird registration deadline. The list will be e-mailed to all registered attendees. To request a copy of the list, e-mail registration@ncpers.org. To be included on this list, please register BEFORE Wednesday, September **.
 
MEMBER EVENT/INVITATIONS
Service providers should not schedule/ host client events during any NCPERS activities. We also require that you do not host client events with organizations/companies that are not members of NCPERS.
 

MEMBERSHIP REQUIRED
The FALL Conference is a members-only conference. Your organization must be a current member of NCPERS in order for your registration to be processed. To verify your organization’s membership status, please e-mail membership@ncpers.org.
 
REGISTRATION CHANGES
All registration changes must be received in writing. Please e-mail all registration changes to registration@ncpers.org or fax to 202- 688-2387.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Exhibitor cancellations must be received in writing by September ** to receive a refund and will be subject to a $100 processing fee. No refunds will be given after September **.  Please email your cancelation request to registration@ncpers.org.
