We’re excited to announce that we’ve upgraded our exhibit hall from a tabletop setup to a full-scale exhibition hall. This enhancement provides exhibitors with more space, improved booth designs, and greater visibility to showcase products and services. The new layout allows for more interactive and engaging displays, giving you a better opportunity to connect with attendees, generate leads, and create lasting impressions. With this upgrade, we’re committed to enhancing your experience and ensuring that your presence at the FALL Conference stands out.

Why Exhibit?
The FALL Conference is an exceptional opportunity for you and your company’s representatives to meet face-to-face with more than 300 public pension trustees and union representatives. It is your chance to get an audience with trustees with the authority and influence to manage the assets of their pension funds.
What's Included?
Each exhibit booth space will include the following:
- One 6’ exhibit table with skirt and drape plus 2 chairs
- Two complimentary booth staff registrations with access to full event.
- Complimentary listing on the conference website and in the event mobile app.
Shipping costs and additional services ordered through hotel is not covered in the registration fee.

Exhibitor Listing in Event App
The exhibitor directory will be published in the FALL Conference app. To be included, please e-mail the following information to events@ncpers.org by September 30:

Your company logo in a PNG file (300 dpi or higher)
Lead Retrieval Available
Lead retrieval will be available to exhibitors. This service relieves you of the mundane task of trying to capture each attendee’s contact information and instead allows you to focus on creating genuine interactions with attendees while easily following up with them post event. Please email events@ncpers.org for information on purchasing this service.
Attendee List
The preliminary attendee list will be available after the early-bird registration deadline. The list will be e-mailed to all registered attendees. To request a copy of the list, e-mail registration@ncpers.org. To be included on this list, please register before the early-bird deadline. The final attendee list will be available onsite at the conference.
Member Events / Invitations
Service providers should not schedule/ host client events during any NCPERS activities. We also require that you do not host client events with organizations/companies that are not members of NCPERS.
The Fall Conference is exclusively for NCPERS members. Your organization must have an active membership for your registration to be accepted. If you’re unsure about your membership status, contact us at membership@ncpers.org.
Registration Changes
All registration changes must be received in writing. Please e-mail all registration changes to registration@ncpers.org or fax to 202- 688-2387.
Cancellation Policy
Exhibitor cancellations must be received in writing by October 10 to receive a refund and will be subject to a $100 processing fee. No refunds will be given after October 10. Please email your cancellation request to registration@ncpers.org.
