REGISTRATION DEADLINE
Register by September **, to receive the early-bird conference rates and be included in the preliminary attendee list (this list is used by our Service Providers to send invitations to their client events). You may still register for the conference after this date, but higher conference fees will apply.
MEMBERSHIP REQUIRED
The FALL Conference is a members-only conference. Your organization must be a current member of NCPERS for your registration to be processed. To verify your organization’s membership status, please e-mail your inquiry to membership@ncpers.org.
REGISTRATION FEE
There are no per-day registration rates for this conference. If you register onsite, the full conference rate will apply.
The registration fee includes daily breakfasts, coffee breaks, and receptions. It does not include hotel accommodations, airfare, or transportation.
SPEAKER FEE
CorPERS members will receive one (1) complimentary speaker at the conference as part of their enhanced membership level.
Speakers fees cover the cost of conference materials, food and beverage, and facility/audio visual usage. We understand that some speakers may be only attend for one day, however, this is difficult to monitor.
GUEST REGISTRATION
A guest refers to a spouse or personal friend, not a business associate, staff member, or colleague. All guests must be registered to attend NCPERS events. No admittance will be given to guests without a registration name badge.
The guest fee includes access to the following functions:
- Breakfast (valued at $45 per person)
- Exhibit hall refreshment breaks (valued at $30 per person)
- Receptions (valued at $75 per person)
ATTENDEE LIST
The preliminary attendee list will be available after the early-bird registration deadline. The list will be e-mailed to all registered attendees. To request a copy of the list, e-mail registration@ncpers.org. To be included on this list, please register BEFORE the early-bird deadline. The final attendee list will be available onsite at the conference.
MEMBER EVENTS/ INVITATIONS
Service providers should not schedule/ host client events during any NCPERS activities. We also require that you do not host client events with organizations/companies that are not members of NCPERS.

NCPERS prioritizes the well-being of attendees and staff. We encourage respect for personal choices regarding masks and physical contact, adherence to any local or venue guidelines, and staying home if unwell. Thank you for helping us create a safe and welcoming environment.
NCPERS COMPLAINT RESOLUTION POLICY
NCPERS is dedicated to providing a positive, engaging, and valuable experience for all attendees of our educational programs. We welcome feedback and take all complaints seriously as part of our ongoing commitment to improving our programs and services.
Attendees are encouraged to share their concerns by contacting us at info@ncpers.org. All complaints will be reviewed promptly, and we will provide a response within two (2) business days.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All registration cancelations must be received in writing by September to receive a refund and will be subject to a processing fee. No refunds will be given after September. Please email your cancelation request to registration@ncpers.org.
