MEMBERSHIP

The Public Pension Funding Forum is the only NCPERS event open to non-members. All pension plans and service providers interested in the program are welcome to attend this conference.

REGISTRATION FEES

Early-Bird Registration Fee Before Friday, July 28:
Fund/Stakeholder: $720
Service Provider: $1,155
Non-member: $1,500

Guest: $85

Registration Fee After Friday, July 28:
Fund/Stakeholder: $820
Service Provider: $1,255
Non-member: $1,600

Guest: $105


WHO ATTENDS?
Professionals from all venues of the pension industry, including trustees, administrators and staff, state and local officials, investment and financial consultants, individuals who provide products and services to pension plans, union officers, and regulators from across the United States and Canada.

CONTINUING EDUCATION (CE) CREDITS
NCPERS is recognized as a learning provider in the public pension industry and is an accredited sponsor of continuing education in several States.
 
Forum = up to 10 hours of CE 

REGISTRATION FEE 
There are no per-day registration rates for Forum. If you register onsite, the full conference rate will apply, regardless of the day you register.
 
The registration fee includes daily breakfasts, coffee breaks, lunch and receptions. It does not include hotel accommodations, airfare, or transportation.
 
GUEST REGISTRATION
A guest refers to a spouse or personal friend, not a business associate, staff member, or colleague. All guests must be registered to attend NCPERS events. No admittance will be given to guests without a registration name badge.
The guest fee includes access to the following functions:
  • Breakfast (valued at $65 per person)
  • Receptions (valued at $85 per person)
Note: Guests will not be admitted to the lunch as this is an educational event.
REGISTRATION DEADLINE
Register by Friday, July 28, to receive the early-bird conference rates and be included in the preliminary attendee list (this list is used by our service providers to send invitations to their client events). You may still register for the conference after this date, but a higher conference fee will apply.

ATTENDEE LIST
The preliminary attendee list will be available after the early-bird registration deadline. The list will be e-mailed to all registered attendees. To request a copy of the list, e-mail registration@ncpers.org. To be included on this list, please register BEFORE the early-bird deadline ends.

The final attendee list will be available onsite at the conference.
 
MEMBER EVENTS/ INVITATIONS
Service providers should not schedule/ host client events during any NCPERS activities. We also require that you do not host client events with organizations/companies that are not members of NCPERS.

REGISTRATION CHANGES
All registration changes must be received in writing. Please e-mail all registration changes to registration@ncpers.org.

CANCELATION POLICY
All registration cancelations must be received in writing by Friday, July 28 to receive a refund and will be subject to a processing fee. No refunds will be given after July 28.  All COVID-19 related refunds will be approved on a case-by-case basis.  Please email your cancelation request to registration@ncpers.org.
