The Bronze package level includes:

ADDITIONAL SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

The following sponsorship opportunities are offered on a first come, first served basis. All sponsorships include acknowledgment in printed materials, on the Public Pension Funding Forum website and in the mobile app.
 
LANYARDS — $4,000 
(Exclusive sponsorship)
Everyone will be wearing your logo when you sponsor the lanyards. Your company logo will be imprinted on the lanyards and distributed to all attendees during registration.

FORUM WIFI — $3,000
(Exclusive sponsorship)
Be the exclusive sponsor of the Forum’s Wi-Fi network and ensure attendees stay connected throughout the event. Your support will be prominently acknowledged in conference materials and signage. This is a unique opportunity for high visibility and brand recognition.

NETWORKING RECEPTION — $3,000

Establish your company as a Forum supporter by sponsoring the networking receptions. 

NETWORKING LUNCH — $2,000
(Exclusive sponsorship)
Show your support for pension education by sponsoring the networking lunch.

MOBILE APP AD
(3 available) – $1,000
The event app's home screen will feature your company's custom tile. The tile must be designed by the sponsoring entity.

COFFEE BREAK — $1,000 
(4 available)
Coffee breaks are offered throughout the day. Your company logo will appear on signage posted at the coffee stations.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Sponsorship is not confirmed until full payment has been received. Once confirmed by NCPERS, sponsorship commitments are non-refundable.
