Ginger Sigler

Ginger Sigler serves as a member of the NCPERS executive board. She was first elected to the NCPERS executive board in 2022.
 
Ginger is the Executive Director of the Oklahoma Police Pension and Retirement System (OPPRS).  OPPRS is a $3.2 billion retirement plan for municipal police officers across the State of Oklahoma.  OPPRS currently serves 10,000 members both active and retired.  OPPRS is over 100% funded and works hard to maintain that funded status. 
 
Ginger is a Certified Public Accountant.  She started her pension career at the Oklahoma Firefighters Pension System.  She spent 18 years working her way up to Controller.  Ginger then moved to the Oklahoma Law Enforcement Retirement System as their Executive Director for 11 years.  She has now been with OPPRS for 4 years.    
 
Ginger’s mission at each plan has been to educate, communicate and get the memberships, both active and retired, engaged in their retirement plan.  Ginger would like to help promote public safety issues and believes educating our legislators is a priority to making positive changes.
