Reserve your room within the NCPERS hotel block by September 2 to secure the discounted group rate and stay conveniently near all event activities. Booking through our block also helps NCPERS meet its contract requirements and keep overall costs down for attendees.

After the booking deadline, rooms and rates are subject to availability. Rooms in the block may also sell out before the deadline, so we encourage you to make your reservation early!


Hotel Policies

  • Check-in: 4:00 PM 
  • Check-out: 11:00 AM
  • Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid a one-night room and tax charge.
  • Early Departure Fee: May apply if you check out before your confirmed departure date.
  • ​Pet Policy: No pets allowed
  • Valet parking available $69.50 inclusive / Oversize $83 inclusive. Offsite parking nearby
  • All standard guest rooms are equipped with a refrigerator
  • Limited number of rollaway beds available. $40.00 per day and are not permitted in rooms with 2 double beds. 
  • There will be a $100 USD per day incidental hold at check in.

Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) – Approximately 11 miles from the hotel (20–25 minutes by car) 

Transportation Options

  • Taxis, Uber, and Lyft are available at the airport. Average fare is $30–$35.
  • SEPTA Regional Rail: The Airport Line runs from Philadelphia International Airport to Jefferson Station, which connects directly to the hotel via indoor concourse.
  • Amtrak: The hotel is a 10-minute drive from 30th Street Station.
