Beyond the Summit: NCPERS Pension Fund Roundtables & Data
NCPERS Roundtables bring together public pension professionals from across the country to exchange ideas, crowdsource solutions, and stay ahead of emerging challenges. Participation is free for staff at NCPERS member pension funds. NCPERS also produces an annual Public Pension Compensation Survey Report, in partnership with CBIZ, to help funds tackle recruitment and retention challenges by benchmarking pay and benefits against peers.
Human Resources (HR) Roundtable
Human Resources and DEI professionals at public pensions meet on quarterly basis via Zoom. The HR Roundtable currently has nearly 170 participants representing 100 systems.
Public Pension Compensation Survey
Recognizing the workforce challenges pension funds face, NCPERS annual survey explore in-depth data on 90 common positions, including benefits, salary planning, bonuses, and fund oversight. Results are presented in a detailed report and interactive dashboard.
