WHO SHOULD ATTEND?
To facilitate open dialogue, this program is exclusively open to public pension HR professionals. Service provider members are not eligible to attend the educational portion of this program. 
 
REGISTRATION FEES
There are no per-day registration rates for the HR Summit. If you register onsite, the full conference rate will apply, regardless of the day you register. Registration fees include the following: 

  • Conference materials
  • Breakfast, lunch, receptions/dinners, and break refreshments during the Summit

 The registration fee does not include hotel accommodations, airfare, or transportation.

GUEST REGISTRATION
The registration fee for guests is $100. This fee covers access exclusively to the evening receptions and dinners.

A guest refers to a spouse or friend, not a business associate, staff member, or colleague. All guests must be registered to attend NCPERS events. No admittance will be given to guests without a registration name badge.

All registration changes must be received in writing. Please e-mail all registration changes to registration@NCPERS.org or fax to

NCPERS is dedicated to providing a positive, engaging, and valuable experience for all attendees of our educational programs. We welcome feedback and take all complaints seriously as part of our ongoing commitment to improving our programs and services.

Attendees are encouraged to share their concerns by contacting us at info@ncpers.org. All complaints will be reviewed promptly, and we will provide a response within two (2) business days.


REGISTRATION CANCELLATION
All registration cancellations must be received in writing before Septemer 2 to receive a refund and will be subject to a $100 processing fee. No refunds will be given to cancellations after September 2 or to no-shows.
