SILVER $5,000 The Silver package level includes: Two (2) complimentary registrations. Acknowledgment as Networking Lunch sponsor. Branding at conference recognizing your organization as a sponsor. BRONZE $2,500  The Bronze package level includes: Branding at conference recognizing your organization as a sponsor. Acknowledgment in any printed materials. Acknowledgment on the Legislative Conference website.

ADDITIONAL SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

COFFEE BREAK – $2,000
Coffee breaks are offered throughout the day. Your company logo will appear on signage posted at the coffee stations.

CONFERENCE WI-FI – $2,500
This sponsorship opportunity will provide enhanced connectivity for all attendees at the Legislative Conference. Your company logo will appear on signage at the conference.

LANYARDS – $3,000
Legislative Conference attendees will be wearing your logo when you sponsor the lanyards. Your company logo will be imprinted on the lanyards and distributed to all attendees during registration.
 

NETWORKING RECEPTION – $5,000
Receptions are a great opportunity to showcase your company while mingling with attendees. As the sponsor, your company name will be prominently displayed on signage at the event and acknowledged in the conference app. We also encourage you to provide branding items, with your logo, to support your sponsorship.
 

SPONSORSHIP CANCELLATION POLICY

Sponsorship is not confirmed until full payment has been received. Once confirmed by NCPERS, sponsorship commitments are non-refundable.
