Lizzy Lees

Director of Communications

Lizzy Lees joined NCPERS in 2022 as the Director of Communications, bringing with her nearly ten years of digital marketing and strategic communications experience. In this role, Lizzy oversees NCPERS’ internal and external communications strategies, including managing the organization’s marketing efforts, media relations, and digital content.

Prior to joining NCPERS, Lizzy served as Senior Director, Digital Media and Marketing at Nareit, where she managed the association’s marketing strategy and digital communications.

Lizzy received her Bachelor of Arts degree in film and media arts from American University.
