COFFEE BREAKS – $2,000
(Only 2 available)
Coffee breaks are offered throughout the day. Your company logo will appear on signage posted at the coffee stations.

CONFERENCE WI-FI – $2,500
This sponsorship opportunity will provide enhanced connectivity for all attendees at the Pension Communications Summit and Legislative Conference. Your company logo will appear on signage at the conference.

LANYARDS – $3,000
Pension Communications Summit attendees will be wearing your logo when you sponsor the lanyards. Your company logo will be imprinted on the lanyards and distributed to all attendees during registration.

NETWORKING RECEPTION – $5,000
Receptions are a great opportunity to showcase your company while mingling with attendees. As the sponsor, your company name will be prominently displayed on signage at the event and acknowledged in the conference app. We also encourage you to provide branding items, with your logo, to support your sponsorship.
 
HEADSHOT LOUNGE – $5,000

Sponsorship is not confirmed until full payment has been received. Once confirmed by NCPERS, sponsorship commitments are non-refundable.
