State-Level Pension Legislation Tracker
As a member benefit, NCPERS tracks state-level legislation that impacts pension systems. The bills being tracked focus on a range of issues including changes to plan design, eligibility, or administration, funding of pension systems, and statewide retirement savings programs. This tracking report is generated by a system that refreshes daily, meaning the webpage will provide current bill information.

Since this report tracks bills that have passed the first committee, this list is not exhaustive of all pension-related bills filed. If there are bills missing or you would like to discuss a bill, please email membership@ncpers.org or call 202-601-2444. NCPERS is able to provide additional assistance with state legislative matters, including providing research and testimony on state-level pension policy.
Finally, this report only tracks state-level bills. For federal information, please email NCPERS Membership Director William Whitman.
