2024 EXHIBIT BOOTH FEE
Exhibit Booth Fee $2,500

WHAT'S INCLUDED WITH MY EXHIBIT BOOTH REGISTRATION?
Each exhibit booth space will include the following:

• ​One 6’ exhibit table with skirt and drape plus 2 chairs
• Two complimentary booth staff registrations with access to full event.
• Complimentary listing on the conference website and in the event mobile app.

Shipping costs and additional services ordered through hotel is not covered in the registration fee.

EXHIBIT SPACE ASSIGNMENT
Exhibit booth space assignments are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

EXHIBIT HALL SCHEDULE
All exhibit booths must be open and staffed during these times. Please note setup hours are subject to change.
 
ATTENDEE LIST
The preliminary attendee list will be available after the October 4 early-bird registration deadline. The list will be e-mailed to all registered attendees. To request a copy of the list, e-mail registration@ncpers.org. To be included on this list, please register before October 4. The final attendee list will be available onsite at the conference.
 
MEMBER EVENTS / INVITATIONS
Service providers should not schedule/host client events during any NCPERS activities.
