PLATINUM $15,000

The Platinum package includes:

The Silver package includes:

BRONZE $2,500 

The Bronze package includes:

ADDITIONAL SPONSORSHIP

The following sponsorship opportunities are offered on a first come, first served basis. All sponsorships include acknowledgment in printed materials, the event mobile app and on the Public Safety Conference website. 
 
NETWORKING PICNIC (Exclusive) — $6,500
Be the exclusive sponsor of an outdoor picnic (or networking lunch) offered to all attendees. Your company logo will be prominently featured on event signage, lunch table menus, and more, ensuring maximum visibility.

SHUTTLE BUS (2 available) — $5,000
Maximize your brand visibility by sponsoring the complimentary shuttle buses transporting attendees from the Renaissance Esmeralda Hotel to downtown Palm Springs for lunch. This sponsorship opportunity will enhance your company's exposure while offering attendees convenient access to the vibrant dining scene and local attractions.
 
HOTEL KEY CARDS (Exclusive) — $5,000
Standout as the company hotel guests see upon their arrival by having your brand displayed prominently on the room keys of the Renaissance Esmeralda. This support opportunity is exclusive.

LANYARDS (Exclusive) — SPONSORED
Everyone will be wearing your logo when you sponsor the lanyards. Your company logo will be imprinted on the lanyards and distributed to all attendees during registration. This support opportunity is exclusive.

NETWORKING RECEPTION (3 available) — $5,000
Elevate your company's profile by sponsoring one of the networking receptions. This event offers attendees a relaxed setting to forge new connections, exchange ideas, and strengthen existing relationships.

EVENT APP HOME SCREEN TILE (3 available) – $1,500
Your company’s branded tile will be featured on the home screen of the event app, linking directly to your company website. Sponsors must provide their own artwork.

COFFEE BREAK (6 available) — $1,000
Learning is hard work and people need a break. Be the hero, while gaining premium exposure, by offering attendees that much-needed cup of coffee. Coffee breaks are offered in the exhibit hall. Your company logo will appear on signage posted at coffee stations.


SPONSORSHIP CANCELLATION POLICY

Sponsorship will be confirmed once full payment is received. After confirmation by NCPERS, all sponsorship commitments are non-refundable.
