NCPERS service providers members may only attend this conference by invitation-only.
This conference is not open to spouses or guests.
There are no per-day registration rates for the Summit. If you register onsite, the full conference rate will apply, regardless of the day you register. Registration fees include the following:
- Conference materials
- Breakfast, lunch and refreshment breaks during conference
- Two reception and dinners hosted by Summit sponsors
The registration fee does not include hotel accommodations, airfare, or transportation.

COVID-19 POLICY FOR IN-PERSON MEETINGS
It is NCPERS policy that during the COVID-19 pandemic, attendees of in-person meetings must adhere to the following rules:
- Follow local or venue mask and or social distancing protocols, even if fully vaccinated.
- Be respectful of other attendees’ mask choices.
- Respect personal space and contact preferences of other attendees and staff, as indicated by name badge color coding.
All registration cancelations must be received in writing before May 29 to receive a refund and will be subject to a $100 processing fee. No refunds will be given to cancelations after May 29 or to no-shows. Please email your cancelation request to email@example.com. All COVID-19 related cancelations will be approved on a case-by-case basis.
