As the only national conference dedicated exclusively to public safety pension systems, the Public Safety Conference brings together nearly 400 trustees, administrators, staff, state and local officials, service providers, union officers, and regulators from across the United States and Canada.

What's Included with my Exhibit Booth Registration?
Each exhibit booth space will include the following:
- One 6’ exhibit table with skirt and drape plus 2 chairs
- Two complimentary booth staff registrations with access to full event.
- Exhibiting listing in the event app.
- Access to NCPERS educational sessions and events at the conference
Shipping costs and additional services ordered through hotel is not covered in the registration fee.

Networking Events
The Sunday and Monday networking receptions will be held inside the exhibit hall, offering you one last chance to connect with clients before dinner. We ask that one booth staffer be present during the reception hours. Any booth found unsupervised will be penalized:

Exhibitor Listing
We’re pleased to share that exhibitors now have direct control over their booth profiles within the new event app! Using the Exhibitor Center, your team can log in and manage your company’s virtual presence, ensuring your profile is accurate, engaging, and aligned with your goals.
You will receive an email invitation from the ACE app (powered by Whova) with instructions to access your Exhibitor Center. We encourage you to log in and complete your profile as early as possible to maximize visibility and attendee engagement before and during the event.
Lead Retrieval
Lead retrieval will be available to exhibitors. Using this service relieves you of the mundane task of trying to capture each attendee’s contact information and instead allows you to focus on creating genuine interactions with attendees while easily following up with them post event. Information on purchasing and using lead retrieval will be sent to registered exhibitors in the exhibitor kit.
Attendee List
The preliminary attendee list will be available after the early-bird registration deadline. The list will be e-mailed to all registered attendees. To request a copy of the list, e-mail registration@ncpers.org. To be included on this list, please register before the early-bird deadline. The final attendee list will be available onsite at the conference.
Cancellation Policy
All exhibit booth cancellations and refund requests must be submitted in writing to registration@ncpers.org. Exhibitors who cancel by October 1 will receive a refund of their booth fee, less a $200 administrative fee. Due to commitments with our venue and event partners, we are unable to issue refunds for cancellations received after October 1.
Failure to occupy booth space does not release the exhibitor from the obligation to pay for full cost of the rental. These terms shall apply regardless of the execution date of this contract.
