NAF takes place before the Public Safety Conference. Please note that registering for NAF does not include your registration for the Public Safety Conference. You will need to complete a separate registration form and pay an additional fee to attend the Public Safety Conference.

MEMBERSHIP REQUIRED
NCPERS Accredited Fiduciary (NAF) Program is a members-only conference. Your organization must be a current member of NCPERS for your registration to be processed. To verify your organization’s membership status, please e-mail your inquiry to membership@ncpers.org.
ELIGIBILITY
It is recommended that pension trustees and plan staff either have at least 2 years of experience in pension plan administration and/or governance before participating in NAF. Newer trustees or staff should complete the Trustee Educational Seminar to first master fiduciary fundamentals. This program is not open to service providers.
SPOUSE/GUEST REGISTRATION
There is no guest registration for the NAF programs.
COVID-19 POLICY FOR IN-PERSON MEETINGS
It is NCPERS policy that during the COVID-19 pandemic, attendees of in-person meetings must adhere to the following rules:
- Follow local or venue mask and or social distancing protocols, even if fully vaccinated.
- Be respectful of other attendees’ mask choices.
- Respect personal space and contact preferences of other attendees and staff.
REGISTRATION DEADLINE
Register by October 4, to receive the early-bird conference rates and be included in the preliminary attendee list. You may still register for the conference after this date, but higher conference fees will apply.

All registration changes must be received in writing. Please e-mail all registration changes to registration@ncpers.org or

CANCELLATION POLICY
All registration cancellations must be received in writing by October 4 to receive a refund and will be subject to a $100 processing fee. No refunds will be given after October 4. Please email your cancellation request to registration@ncpers.org.
