HOW TO ADD A GUEST REGISTRATION
To register a guest after you have already registered for the conference, please download and print the registration form. Guest registration is located on this form. Please complete and provide payment information and email to registration@ncpers.org.

REGISTRATION DEADLINE
Register by January **, to receive the early-bird conference rates and be included in the preliminary attendee list (this list is used by our Service Providers to send invitations to their client events). You may still register for the conference after this date, but higher conference fees will apply.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND?
All public pension professionals who work in or have an interest in external or internal communications. 

REGISTRATION FEE
There are no per-day registration rates for this conference. If you register onsite, the full conference rate will apply. The registration fee includes the breakfasts, coffee breaks, and receptions. It does not include hotel accommodations, airfare, or transportation.
 
GUEST REGISTRATION
A guest refers to a spouse or personal friend, not a business associate, staff member, or colleague. All guests must be registered to attend NCPERS events. No admittance will be given to guests without a registration name badge.

The guest fee includes access to the following functions:
 
  • Breakfast (valued at $65 per person)
  • Receptions (valued at $85 per person)
 
COVID-19 POLICY FOR IN-PERSON MEETINGS 
It is NCPERS policy that during the COVID-19 pandemic, attendees of in-person meetings must adhere to the following rules:


  • Follow local or venue mask and or social distancing protocols, even if fully vaccinated.
  • Be respectful of other attendees’ mask choices.
  • Respect personal space and contact preferences of other attendees and staff, as indicated by name badge color coding.

REGISTRATION CHANGES
All registration changes must be received in writing. Please e-mail all registration changes to registration@ncpers.org or fax to
202- 688-2387.

CANCELATION POLICY
All registration cancelations must be received in writing to receive a refund and will be subject to a $50 processing fee. No refunds will be given after January **.  All COVID-19 related refunds will be approved on a case-by-case basis.  Please email your cancelation request to registration@ncpers.org.
 
ATTENDEE LIST
The preliminary attendee list will be emailed to registered attendees after the early-bird registration deadline. To request a copy of the list, please e-mail registration@ncpers.org. To be included on this list, please register before January **. 

The final attendee list will be available onsite at the conference.
