REGISTRATION FEE
There are no per-day registration rates for this conference. If you register onsite, the full conference rate will apply. The registration fee covers breakfast, coffee breaks, lunch and receptions, but does not include hotel accommodations, airfare, or transportation.
REGISTRATION EARLY-BIRD DEADLINE
Register by Monday, February 16, to receive early-bird conference rates and to be included in the preliminary attendee list. You may still register after this date, but higher conference fees will apply.
NON-MEMBER REGISTRATION
Non-members are welcome to register for the Summit. Please note that online registration is not available for non-members. To register, please download and complete the registration form, then submit it via email to registration@ncpers.org.
DIETARY RESTRICTIONS
Meals will be served buffet-style and will include options to accommodate various dietary preferences. However, if you have dietary restrictions that require additional accommodations, please provide this information when you register.
REGISTRATION CHANGES
To make changes to your registration, please email registration@ncpers.org or call 202-601-2445.
ATTENDEE LIST
The preliminary attendee list will be emailed to registered attendees after the early-bird registration deadline. To request a copy, please email registration@ncpers.org. To be included on this list, be sure to register before February 16. The final attendee list will be available onsite at the conference.

NCPERS is dedicated to providing a positive, engaging, and valuable experience for all attendees of our educational programs. We welcome feedback and take all complaints seriously as part of our ongoing commitment to improving our programs and services.
Attendees are encouraged to share their concerns by contacting us at registration@ncpers.org. All complaints will be reviewed promptly, and we will provide a response within two (2) business days.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All registration cancellations must be received in writing by February 16 to receive a refund and will be subject to a $100 processing fee. No refunds will be given after February 16. Please email your cancellation request to registration@ncpers.org.
