The Educational Employees’ Supplementary Retirement System of Fairfax County (ERFC), which provides pension benefits to eligible employees of the Fairfax County Public Schools (FCPS) in Fairfax County, Virginia, is pleased to announce the release of its Request for Proposals (RFP) for a Pension Administration System (PAS).
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is to solicit sealed proposals to establish a contract or contracts through competitive negotiation for the provision of a Pension Administration System (PAS), implementation, maintenance, and technical support.

SDCERA is seeking proposals to design and implement an enterprise-wide project management framework and establish a dedicated Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO).
The EPMO will achieve the following outcomes:

- Improve visibility into project status, risks, and benefits realization
- Enable data-driven prioritization and funding decisions
- Standardize execution practices across departments
- Improve resource utilization and reduce delivery risk
